Diane, Pastry Chef

Diane is a classically-trained pastry chef. Having first started in pâtisseries in Paris, she has worked in various restaurants in London and most recently Chester. Passionate about sustainability, she makes a point of using locally-grown produce as much as possible, often turning to foraging & fermenting to minimise waste and use ingredients to their full potential. Stéphanie, Wholefoods Chef

Stéphanie is a chef and cookery teacher. Naturally curious, she seeks to highlight taste, novelty and adventure with every bite. Having trained as a naturopathic chef, she specialises in whole food plant-based cooking. She finds inspiration in the healing benefits of seasonal cuisine and takes pleasure in using raw and unrefined ingredients. Her conscious approach to cooking allows her creative freedom and the opportunity to connect with those she is teaching or cooking for, the producers she uses and the ingredients from which I draw inspiration. In a mission to educate and guide others in their journey to reconnecting with food, she combines her professional knowledge and genuine passion for cooking to make nutritional dishes accessible to all.

  • Can I do the workshop at my own pace?

    Yes, all the videos are pre-recorded so you can watch first and then follow along at your convenience.

  • Are the recipes suitable for those with allergies?

    Some of the recipes are using allergens ingredients (wheat, nuts). While nuts can be replaced with seeds, unfortunately the classic pastry is very much wheat! But check out our other recipes and lessons to learn how to successfully substitute.

  • Is the workshop suitable for vegans?

    Yes, the recipes exclusively use non-animal derived ingredients and are suitable for everyone!
